This state instruction provides guidance on the implementation of the Disabled Veterans' Outreach Program (DVOP) and Local Veterans' Employment Representative (LVER) roles and responsibHities within local SC Works American Job Centers (AJC). The state instruction letter also designates an additional Veterans' population. ages 18 to 24, who are eligible to receive services from a Disabled Veterans' Outreach Program (DVOP) specialist.
