SC Works Closings
This page notifies the public of the current openings and closures of SC Works centers across the state.
Centers are closed either due to weather-related issues or because they follow the South Carolina Emergency Management Division's county closure schedule available here.

The Dorchester SC Works Center will be closed from Monday, October 14, to Wednesday, October 16. |

The Greenwood SC Works Center is closed for the foreseeable future, but staff will be in the Upper Savannah Council of Governments office at 430 Helix Rd on Friday, October 11 and Monday, October 14, from 9 am - 4 pm, to help with job search services and unemployment filing needs. On Tuesday, October 15 and Wednesday, October 16, SC Works Greenwood staff will be located at the United Way of Lakelands office at 929 Phoenix St. from 9 am - 4 pm. On Thursday, October 17, SC Works Greenwood staff will be at the Upper Savannah Annual Fall Job Fair at Piedmont Tech - Medford Family Center, 620 Emerald Rd N, from 9 am - 4 pm. |
