SC Works Centers
SC Works Centers provide re-employment and training services for jobseekers, partner services, business services and resource rooms for use when searching for work and performing other re-employment activities online.

In the Waccamaw area, the SC Works Centers are open to the public to assist with your re-employment needs. Unemployment inquiries will be redirected to 1-866-831-1724.
These online services are available 24/7:
The Claimant Self Service Portal where individuals can create an account and file for Unemployment Insurance Benefits.
The SC Works Online Services (SCWOS) site where jobseekers can upload a resume as well as search for work and businesses can post jobs and look for employees.
