To provide guidance on employer account management through the SC Works Online Services (SCWOS) system, and to require verification of both an employer's Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) and SC Unemployment Insurance (UI} tax account number during the employer account verification process. This policy rescinds State Instruction 13-01 and 13ยท 01, Change 1.
