TEGL 28-11 describes the data element validation process and documentation requirements for WIA. The PY 2012 data element validation process must be completed and the results submitted to US DOL by February 3, 2014. This requires the review of case files for a sample of exiters from the WIA PY 2012 Annual Report. The reviews will be conducted by SC Department of Employment and Workforce staff
