- Know more about workforce assessments
- Workforce assessments can be a great resource for businesses seeking the ideal candidate to fill a position. SC Works participants are encouraged to take assessments which identify skills, interests and values when it comes to finding the right job. With access to this data, businesses can compare the necessary skills for a position with the skills of an applicant in order to get a better idea of what that candidate will bring to the table.
